I spoke with a customer service representative before purchasing this wire to confirm that it would resolve the issue and work properly. Although the representative was very short with me, I was assured that this should fix the problem.
I ordered the replacement light, and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the light is still flickering, so the issue has not been resolved.
My light is only three years old and has been giving me problems since the first year I owned it. I’m extremely disappointed with the product’s reliability and the lack of helpful, friendly customer service. I expected better support, especially after following the recommendation provided by your representative.

This does not fit the first generation omega battery. It’s actually the same magnetic poles and repels it. Customer service is non existent.
